Connor had his year end Musical Minors performance. It was an adorable show. The kids sang a variety of songs from my childhood and it brought back lots of memories. They sang; I'm a nut, CeCe oh playmate, John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt, and many more. Most the kids had a solo, duo, or trio, but not my Connor, he simply refused. He said it was too embarrassing.

Kadee's dance group performed at the donkey basketball game. Yes, that's right, actual donkey basketball. The donkey's were fun to watch and Kadee's class did a great job on their dance.
Proof we actually saw donkey basketball!
Easter was a huge success. Rory and I decided we are never camping for Easter again. Rory had to work anyway, so my grandparents came down and celebrated Easter with me and the kids. We went to the wave pool Easter egg hunt on Friday, Candee took the kids to the Wellington Easter Egg hunt on Saturday, and I had an egg hunt in our backyard for them. Needless to say, they got a ton of eggs. Saturday night we had an Easter BBQ at Kyle and Candee's and Rory experienced his first high speed chase at work. Some guy had stolen a vehicle and it caught up with him. Everyone told Rory he did a great job and I am super proud of him, but his job causes me stress. I worry every time he puts on that uniform. Sunday my mom hid eggs filled with money and after church we went to her house for a yummy turkey dinner. The kids ended up talking her and Gary into a sleep over, so I would say they had a great Easter weekend!
