Californ-I-A
This past week Rory had a drug court convention in Anaheim and I got to tag along. It was so much fun! We went with Hyrum and Paula Cox and the first night we stayed in Vegas at the Trump Tower. It was so nice. The rooms are so clean and pretty and Rory loved the jetted tub. We walked the strip and I was so excited to go to Chanel and Louis Vuitton. I tried some Chanel no. 5 and admired a Louis Vuitton handbag that was about $800 (a girl can dream right?). Rory then went to the conference in the mornings and I lounged around, took my time getting ready, and enjoyed the peace and quite I rarely get. Then in the afternoons we had all sorts of fun activities planned. We went to movies, out to dinner (if you haven't eaten at the Cheesecake Factory, you really need to, yum!), to the beach, Six Flags, an Angels game, and bowling. It was all so much fun and a much needed break. On the way home we stopped in Mesquite and had the $10 Prime Rib dinner. It was actually so good! Rory played a little bit of Black Jack and I played the penny slots (I am not much of a gambler). All in all it was a great trip and I can't wait to go to Boston next year!

I am jealous you got to have some kid free vacation...next time let us tag along!! :) I loved having the kids they were so good and they say the funniest things...Kadee revealed a few things you might not have wanted me to know!! lol She cracks me up! I'm glad you had fun but even more glad you are FINALLY home. It seriously felt like you were gone for a year.

The picture at Ruby's I think Rory look hilarious! I'm picturing him saying stay away from my food and no one gets hurt! Could he not put it down for 2 seconds for a picture? Ha ha! That is so Ryan too.
I'm glad you guys had a good time. That website that you can print your blogs is called blog2print.sharedbook.com. It cost 84.00 for me to print a hardbound 8.5" x 11" book with 200 pages for 2008. I will print 2009 next year. I think that it is worth it to have something like this that can be saved forever for my kids and I to look back on. It's really easy to do also.

Looks like you enjoyed yourself and it is always nice to get away even if its only for a few days. Mom watch mine Friday night too so i am sure she did not have to do much watching with my two girls around to help.

Okay so I am really confused, I don't know why your posts have not been showing up on my google reader. Weird, I came to check out the book thing and realized I have been missing out on your whole life...I am sorry friend! Your trip looked heavenly. I think I am due for a kid free vacation here soon too! What a great time to spend with your hubby!
